You will work directly with our web designers who will contact you within 1 business day to discuss the look and feel of your website. |

Once the project order/agreement is signed and the deposit for the first months hosting is received, we will present you with the interface design(s) for your new website. |

Once the design of the interface is approved, we will design and program all section pages detailed in your order. |
5. |
Once all pages are set up, we load the Presto Content Management System to your web space and send you the login instructions for the Presto CMS and Website Management (Website OS) |

We provide training and support for the Presto CMS and Website OS. Support is provided Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. by phone or email. When necessary we will provide live support on your own computer, through our Glance network |

Registering your domain name. |

If you have a domain name already registered, then we need you to supply us with the user name and password of your account, with your registrar, so that we can update the DNS servers, so that they point to our servers. |

If you haven`t got a domain name registered, then you can have us register a name for you or you can use our online services to register a domain name for you. http://www.citydistrict.com/register_domains.htm |

The fees for registering a domain name online are as follows:
- 1 year - $19.95
- 2 years - $34.95
- 5 years - $79.95
- 10 years -$139.95

Adding Your Content; Using the Presto Content Management System, you add the text and content photos to your pages. |

As an option you can have us add the content on your behalf. There is an additional charge for this service at the rate of $60.00 per hour. If you choose to use this option, we would really appreciate if you send us all content of your pages. This includes images, texts, may be some sketches, examples of pages that you like and dislike, colors and everything that might be important for us to know. The more details you provide, the better and faster will be the result! |

Maintaining your account. You can pay for your hosting fees by Visa or Mastercard credit cards or through PayPal. In either case the monthly hosting fee is processed on the 15th of each month for the upcoming month. You are responsible to make sure there is sufficient balance on your account so that the fee can be processed on time. You are also responsible to make us aware of any changes to your credit card number or expiry date. |
